Is it just me or the adcs at this current state feel weaker than they did in season 5?

Have you not seen Lucian at the moment? Weak, my ass! If anything, Lucian feels a bit stronger than I remembered. Twitch feels oddly the same to me, but he is still very strong in the right hands. All in all, I don't think they are weaker than before. What gave you that idea?
