Black Cleaver Contemplations

So I think black cleaver is pretty strong. its cost is also steep but considering what it has to offer perhaps it isn't quite that steep.

Two things I'd like for people to consider: possibility of having the stacks decays instead of ending at 6 seconds. Unless its refreshed of course. last 3 seconds then lose half the stacks and decays by one stack every second thereafter. this would help in lane as its more difficult to try and farm and not incur damage for 6 seconds. 3 seconds is more feasible.

The other idea is to limit how fast you can apply a stack onto champions. so i'd have it at like a .75 second interval. they can always just auto attack you after all or even use tiamat active. this will require a bit of skill on their part by trying to insert auto attacks or use spells at intervals a bit. maybe better position yourself in between each applications. if two enemy champions are hitting you with blackcleavers they do stack with each other as per usual. its not how fast you can receive a stack, instead it just put a cap on how fast each champion can apply a stack.

Also curious does pantheon's heartseeker strike apply a stack for each interval it hits you?

this is a bit of a nerf, but black cleaver is really powerful atm on certain champions. perhaps a slight cost reduction could be made say -100 gold.
