Game Length

The thing is with the games now a days, is that they don't take to long to finish. this makes late game champs like for example jax and fizz annoying to play since you need to wait until late game to get kills. So I came with the idea to maybe buff the late game champs for early game stats. Or buff minions and turrets so it takes longer to kill them so games would be longer. I understand if people don't want this because they like short games but that's what a 3v3 is for.
