How to make Top lane enjoyable
Completely remove the grievous wounds from the item but keep the affect on
. Tank SHOULD have a way to cut down on fighters healing so they have a chance at fighting them 1v1 late game, however they DO NOT need to access grievous wounds at 1000g. It simply makes champions like

unplayable in the laning phase and just encourages fighters to not interact with their laner. Seriously, there is no enjoyment when you are playing aatrox and the ornn first items a bramble and just sits on your face with grasp of the undying while you just kill yourself trying to defend yourself.
Keep the 10% auto attack reduction on RANGED champions, however it is reduced to 6% autoattack reduction for MELEES. This item has been straight up broken for so long. I get it, adc's do a LOT of damage but it seriously cuts down on melee fighters to actual do damage early game. You literally can not die if you build
vs an auto attacker in lane.
pretty much no melee champion builds this. Seriously when was the last time you have seen a
with this item? It just plain sucks for melee champions. Buff either the onhit damage to 8% to 10% for melee or either buff the active by stealing 40% of movespeed instead of 25% if you are melee.
Make his q cost more mana and reduce the time of his barrels to 20 seconds flat. Simply just not a fun champion to play vs, he spams q procing klepto/grasp on you and sits under a barrel if you ever want to engage on him.
Either revert the buffs she got or just gut her w damage early game. A bruiser champion that is known to dive in and lock a target down is played as a poke mage in laning phase with her w/comet combo? For a late game champion that can constantly deal 1k true damage with 3 items, she has a very forgiving laning phase when she can just spam you with 100 damage w's. Nerf it.
Clearly will be too strong if bramble vest gets the change i mentioned above. Simply cut her healing/true damage early game and keep her as a late game duelist.
You cant balance this champion, nerf him into the ground and leave him there. He has CC, kite, poke, %damage, an escape and tankiness. Yikes.

Make his turrets 1 or 2 shottable early game so you can actually do something against him as a meele.
remove his blind and just make it a damage reduction spell so he useful vs everyone and not just a pain in the ass vs melee fighters.
remove the movespeed he gets from his r, he already has a teamwide movespeed buff and a knock back for christ sake.
