Malzahar's passive should be one or the other

Damage reduction as you enter combat sounds fine. CC immunity as you enter combat sounds better. But both at the same time is way too much, no matter what cooldown you put on it.

At least Banshee's Veil costs an item slot and 2450g, then only supplies a spell shield on a 40+ second cooldown.
