HP bonuses in Resolve rely on taking damage
They're pretty bad right now. If you changed them to only gain hp on RECEIVING champion/monster damage, you could buff them in line with the other runes in the game without giving them for free to poke champs (which has been a problem in the past) as you have to get hurt to make them work. Similarly, it'd allow tank junglers to pick it up instead of defaulting to inspiration + resolve.
This would also bring them in line with the other themes of the particular tree, which is yielding more gain out of healing or out of getting hit in the face.
