Can you revert the Moonfall changes made to Diana in patch 6.17

As a Diana main with over 400,000 mastery with Diana I can honestly say that this has done nothing but hinder me since patch 6.17. What used to be able to pull a Garen just out of his attack range so you wouldnt get silenced now is a FREE AUTO ATTACK for an enemy champion. Garen isnt the only champion that this is a problem with. are huge problems with this. 90% of all divers have a disengage of some sort. ult ward hop ect. This was ripped away from Diana in patch 6.17. I would rather see it push away enemies than pull them in. This is coming from someone who plays Diana with a and uses it to its fullest. Diana is not a diver she is an AP assassin because there are no AP tank items available to her. Why would a diver want to ? Diana is one of few champions in the game who have extreamly poor itemization that fits her kit. There are 2 champions in the game that use tooth. and Even if the damage on hit was buffed wouldnt even get to use it. It would be a Diana only buff. She needs something because she is terrible this season. Id say start with reverting her E.
