Riot you should really change Brand's Pillar of Flame like you changed Lux's Lucent Singularity

For context on Lucent Singularity: Missile speed reduced to 1200 from 1300. Radius reduced to 310 from 350. Mana cost reduced to 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 from 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130. Cooldown reduced to 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 seconds from 10 at all ranks.

Say reducing the AoE radius to 225 and the delay increased to .875 seconds. Mana cost reduced to 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 and cooldown reduced to 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 Both have historically been abilities that can't be dodged if thrown directly on the target. After the changes to Lucent Singularity avoiding the ability is more likely.

A change like this would not drastically change brand but would make brand players have to actually read into what an enemy is likely to do to bewtter improve their likelyhood of hitting an enemy.
