Everything is too crazy now, lets have a hard reset

Everyone does too many things, items are too crazy and do too many things, the game is totally out of whack, and everyone hates this season.

Riot you can't fix it by making changes, because making changes is how you got here and you don't have any sense when it comes to making changes.

God damn, just please stop doing things to the game, honestly. You hurt it more than you help it.
