Asked for a refund & was denied because

Sent in a ticket asking for a refund because Riot intentionaly change his gameplay/visiual beyond recognition. I was denied because we players don’t actually Own the skin even those it says Owned . Maybe change OWNED to UNLOCKED in the store for clarity.
4.2. Do I “own” the Virtual Goods I unlock? (No. What you “unlock” is not the virtual good itself, but rather, a qualified right to access it in the Game.)
4.4. Once again: I don’t own these Virtual Goods? (“No!” shouted all the lawyers.)
