Seriously?

So like I know I suck at this game but seriously... TWO AFKS in two games in a row. I feel so pissed off because I won half my rank games and still got bronze 5. I'm trying to rank up but afks and people who troll all game. GG when only two players are left and one toxic troll who tries to feed. Or my team does well but none of them push and when I try to get them push it's like they never seen towers be basic attacked. :\ I want some tips because I will not be bronze because my horrible skills and bad team forever.
