why dont we just move untaky turrent buff thingy into the top lane

its no secret that adcs are in a pretty bad spot right now. the main reason though is that everyone can destroy them without them aving the option to actually fire back before 30 mintues mark, when u have items. having elemental dragons down bottom and having that weak turrent when theres a first blood turrent contest going on, combined with an easy 2v3 fights, theres literraly no reason not to go down there and just put an end to the enemy's botlane. but, what if we moved the defenseless tower to the toplane? assuming theres a lot of tanks there it will cause the tower to fall a lot less quickly, and also will create the choice between going agressive and getting tower first or going tank to be able to help your team. it will draw fire back to the top lane and emphesis around mini-baron thingy a lot more, it will be a lot more fair to know theres a smaller possibility to have a 4v2 botlane.
