Shields nerfs are promising, however

Make it so that self cast shields don't last for a reduced period of time, meaning if you cast the shield on yourself, the duration will be complete, while casting it on an ally will make the shield to last less time. already is in a pretty bad spot at midlane, and she doesn't really need this nerf (that actually will hit her laning phase quite harshly, especially trading in creeps) I don't see why and would have their laning phase nerfed, while every other shield user won't have its duration reduced. Rumble, Diana, Hexdrinker, etc all have a shield and won't be nerfed for that.
