Anyways, when I discovered the boards in S3 along with lolking and mobafire, there was always that post about how to balance carries (melee and ranged).

They're supposed to DPS champions who deal consistent DoT. The X-Factor being critical chance and that it should be removed. The alternative being take away the critical strike bonus and make 100-120 AD for compensation. RIOT personnel would always come to these "Hot" posts claiming it's something being considered.

It's been considered every season for 5 seasons now. Do you still need more time to think about it? Big season 9 change? Or did you scrap that idea completely?
