Mord + Ziel + OP Minions?

So sense both and increase the rate at whcih you lvl in a duo lane AND since minions become stronger if you have a lvl advantage. So could a new strategy of running XP runes + Mord + Ziel bot lane and just get a lvl advantage to get those WINIONS!!!?
