Remove exhaust from ARAM?

After flash, exhaust is probably the strongest summoner spell. Heck, it's probably the strongest dueling SS.

As it is, there is a distinct advantage for poke champions and ranged champs in aram. And with the lower CD on SS in the map, exhaust can really make it unfun for some champs. actually, some champs become unplayable due to exhausts. sometimes teams take 2-4 exhausts. and that can ruin your day. especially if the enemy team comp is mostly ranged and you have mostly melee champs.

assassins, and even bruiser tanks who go after squishies are rendered useless. and in aram people dont need tp, smite and even more than one heal. so exhaust is the go to summoner, maybe some times barrier. but exhaust is just too strong of a summoner spell. and with the mastery, it is on a 107s CD on aram, which i think is really ridiculous.
