Sona QoL buff / bug fix

Been seeing this way too often when I play Sona recently, the passive on hit damage portion of my Q tends to never follow with my powerchord, same with lichbane proc, dealing pisspoor damage and leaving me with some sparkly effects still on Sona, usually wasted

It feels like this has cropped up recently as I don't recall ever having this problem with Sona, and one would think it would be impossible to split up your powerchord and Q on hit passive (since they are both amplifiers from being activated from the same spell)
