6.9 and AP supports

I have a slight feeling the support meta is going to shift like crazy:

• : W has now damage reduction making it basicly usefull in the support role. Lcs spam incomming
• : Cheaper hourglass, , it's 600 gold cheaper ow shit
• now grants stacks from hitting units, not killing it.

One possitive thing we might see is competive with the changes.
