New Queue Role Placement Needs Minor Adjustments

So here I am playing my 10 placements. For each and every game I choose Jungle as my first pref and Top as my 2nd pref I get Top 9 out of my 10 games (8, because in one of the games someone was nice enough to swap) My point here is that simply because other players put Jungle/Mid as their pref they get that much of an edge over my getting jungle? I mean I get that top lane is not a popular role but that's my issue here, just because I would prefer to go top over any other role, excluding jungle, that should mean that I never get jungle? I provided a link to my match history, just in case you don't believe that I got top 9 out of my 10 games (again, it actually ended up being 8 due to someone swapping with me)
