When pinging the cooldown of Gangplank's E, it should show barrel charges

It'd be really helpful to ping how many charges Gangplank has of barrels, like when your Jungler is coming to gank and you only have one barrel, it just says 'Thigh Highs (Gangplank): E - Ready'

it should be along the lines of 'Thigh Highs (Gangplank): E - (1/2/3) Charge/s' but still showing the ability as 'Thigh Highs (Gangplank): E - 4s' when you have no charges
