Aurelion Sol needs to get here already......

Super excited for Aurelion Sol. I've seen some of his gameplay videos and I ADORE him. Does anyone know when the next patch is coming out and whether or not he's going to be included in it? Also, I'm interested to know where people feel he should go on the battlefield. I've seen him solo top, jungle pretty successfully and even work flawlessly with a partner on bot. What's your opinions? Where would serve the team best?
