etc. Should have some buff by example more health because not only tanky support like alistar or leona thats need more health.

They're all strong poke supports atm but poke supports are made irrelevant by tank supports with relic shield - also they get exploded by Annie.
Nerf relic shield by removing the heal on ally when spending the proc, and rework Annie into something that isn't so toxic (or gut her dmg but be ready for the tears...).
BOOM poke supports are now a thing again.
