To make Fiora the squishier melee dps that she's supposed to be

#Change her passive from:

2% + 4.5% per 100 bonus ad of target's maximum health as bonus true damage

#to

2% + 2.5% per 100 bonus ad of target's maximum health as bonus true damage (increased by critical strikes)

#because

Ad tanky bruiser fiora with ~400 ad given her current passive does ~15.5% true damage per mark. With the suggested change above she would only deal ~9.5% true damage per mark.

Crit based melee adc fiora with ~400 ad and 100% crit chace given her current passive does ~15.5% true damage per mark. With the suggested change above she would deal ~19% true damage per mark, or 23.75% true damage with infinity edge.

#Her current E punishes her for building any critical strike chance, so it should be altered so that instead of:

ACTIVE: Fiora's next two basic attacks within 4 seconds have 175 attack range and 50% bonus attack speed. The first basic attack can never critically strike, but slows its target by 30% for 1 second, while the second basic attack is guaranteed to critically strike for bonus critical damage. 「 MODIFIED CRITICAL DAMAGE: 140 / 155 / 170 / 185 / 200% 」 Bladework resets Fiora's autoattack timer.

#It should be:

ACTIVE: Fiora's next two basic attacks within 4 seconds have 175 attack range and 50% bonus attack speed. Each of these two attacks adds a Vital to the enemy. If one of these attacks critically strikes, it adds two marks instead of doing increased damage. Enemies cannot have more than 4 active Vitals. Bladework resets Fiora's autoattack timer.
