i dont care- banning

at this point anything that i consider not meta just tilts me ie, yi not jungle, idgaf if you are good at something not meta like trynd adc, or something i will be banning it regardless.

Reasoning: had a player who showed roka supp, then locks in yi like wtf thanks for 100% throwing the game where we had a 5v4 since the enemy gp was afk. All he had to do was not feed ashe 16 kills and we could have won, all but bot lane was ahead
