Can we do something about Fiddles Fear? And Ult?

I am well aware that QSS solves the problem of his fear, however, if I have to QSS and flash just to get away from him (Usually he is played jungle). The enemy mid or top now have full access to me without any type of defensive spell I can use. Even if you do get a good QSS off on fiddle when he jump ults on you and fears/drains you, you still take 800-1000 damage minimum, I find almost no counter play to a half way decent fiddle. Yes, I am well aware if you ward corners and walls, the chances of him ulting you are slim, however, most fiddles will go in and flash with there ult either way, and you can't have every single bush in the game warded. I don't know, in my opinion, his ult does way to much damage for what it offers, and a point and click 2.5 second disable. Even Kennens AoE ult, he needs to run into the team, Fiddle gets a free flash with his.
