So the new runes likely will come with a few new hidden OPs

Who will they be? Will some never before seen champion item combo be discovered? Can't wait to see the new "off-meta" builds that people create.

Also, will Jhin be broken with that new rune that boosts attack speed for a few seconds? I doubt it makes him shoot faster but will it add tons to his damage?
