All Items (nearly all) available on all maps ?!?!? (Patch 5.22)

Hi, glad the 5.22 (Pre-Season 6) patch is out and good luck to everybody for this upcoming season. Didn't have time to start playing a game to test what i'm saying down there but... After reading the patch note about all the new items and looking at my "Items Set" (Since I love doing it for some specific champ), a lot of restriction for some items in different map (Howling Abyss, Cristal Scar & Twisted TreeLine) has been removed (Exemple : Gardian Angel, Lords Van Damm's Pillager, Wooglet's Withcap, Sanguine Blade, etc)

N.B : There is some that still has a restriction on Cristal Scar like SightStone, B.F, Large Rode, etc.

So is it a bug or not ? Will we see some Guardian Angels in an Aram, "Support / Sightstone / Ward" in Twisted Treeline and Howling ? New item into the Summoner Rift too from Twisted TreeLine (Two Zhonya, More Crit Item with LVDP) ???

Or will it be change in some upcoming patch because they're so many change at once and they forgot to put restriction on ??
