I disagree. If they make it slow they'll need to reduce it's damage which they're already doing on PBE (Without the slow, nerfing AP ratio). I can imagine to make it slow while keeping it balanced it may become a very weak ability.

Or what if it worked the same as Jhin's W (without going through minions), it's already kinda hard to hit it, and all its effect is "pure damage" (and kinda useless imo if you build her AD / AS / crit)

I think Kai'Sa should gain movement speed towards the target she hits with W. Right now it feels way to hard to stay on top of someone till you get items/ult.
