Game is so unbalanced

There is so many unbalanced thing not to mention the fact that riot doesn't care about lower elo players. Garen got buffed like 4 patches in a row and went untouched. He can literally build anything he wants and still be extremely tanky and unkillable and does an insane amount of damage. Jungle xp is so low that even when you're ahead of the opposing jungler you'll be the same level unless you steal xp from your laners. The xp jungle half-revert probably own't be enough. Games are literally almost unplayable and the game is not fun to play anymore.
