As a toplaner, the list of characters I want to see reworked/removed/nerfed and why

So quick presentation I'm currently a gold V toplaner, (reached Platinum V last season tho), and as a toplaner these are the chars I consider highly problematic.

Kayle This is probably the big one, Kayle is very frustrating to play against, ranged/semi-ranged characters in the toplane tend to be pretty uninteractive when you play against them, but Kayle also has the only Instant immune effect with her ult, which has no real counterplay apart from chain CC'ing her before she can use it. This ult is 100% oppressive in lane, you can't really do anything, you can't even lifesteal to outregen her for the ult duration, since you don't deal damage to regen from. Compare, Taric Kindred always have something you can play around, Taric has a huge delay, Kindred only keeps you low and is in a zone etc..

Teemo the most annoying character ever, and that is not even a joke to me, playing against teemo is straight up "no fun in lane for you", either your character is efficient against him and he's gonna get rekt way too hard, or your character is countered and you're screwed, without anything to do, just early on, Teemo just has to stand in front of the minion wave and freeze and.. and that's all, period. No interaction, no fun, even winning against teemo feels awkward because he get's completely useless as you get an egde, I'd rather have him reworked into an ADC and never see him on my lane again.

Yasuo Do I really need to explain how oppressive it feels to play against Yasuo ? No matter the role ? I don't understand how he still has such an overloaded kit, busted E, busted W busted R, busted passive, only the Q is "just strong", I have to consider banning him every game because if I don't pick a counter, and he's picked I'm probably screwed. It's even worse if you consider that most Yasuos don't even play him that well, and the few that do play really well are even more terrifying, just give him the Azir/ Kalista treatment at least so we can all forget about him.

Pantheon Kind of an unpopular pick, strangely enough, because Pantheon is completely broken, the only reason he's not getting nerfed is because nobody plays him, same as Kayle. However, every time you will meet a pantheon, you're gonna suffer, his gameplay is totally lame, Clickshot poke, clickshot stun, there isn't really anything funny to do with him apart from dealing way too much, there isn't really anything to do against him, even if you have a range he doesn't care much. He does fall off late game, but a good pantheon will make it so late game isn't a thing anymore. This is particularly sad to me as I was a huge pantheon fan before, and now he just feels really old and clunky.

Gangplank Typically one of those characters that a lot of people hate because it deals way too much, although there are decent counters to him, my problem with GP is not really that he deals tons of damage, he's supposed to do so, but it really feels impossible to catch him, with the movement speed/slow/purge kit he has, there isn't really much you can do, it makes ganking him really hard, which is a pretty pig problem when you're supposed to prevent him from farming so he doesn't destroy your whole team late game, just nerfing is mobility would be enough.

Irelia An old problem, Irelia is not really broken if you're not a main, or uninteractive, but she is really oppressive once she gets an edge, because as long as a low farm is around you just cannot farm anymore, otherwise she just Q's to the farm and and then Q's to you once you flashed, Which makes it so once Irelia is ahead, there is a huge radius around her you should never be in, because it means instant death, without any decision making or counterplay. Her kit is so overloaded that any other character that would be similar to her is either broken, or unplayed, because if it's not broken, Irelia is better once you master her, clearly just nerfing her would already make Aatrox see more play.

DrMundo An old character, in need of a rework, feels really meh to play, is very destructive when he's efficient and totally useless when he's not. You can't expect him to be ever picked, but when he is, if your character is not able to fight him, you're gonna have bad time, Mundo is just gonna dive you through 2 towers without dying. "Mundo goes where he pleases"

Thanks for reading, and sorry If i'm unclear/made mistakes, english is not my mother tongue.

Kayle doesn't do well against Darius and basically anyone who can just go in on him.

Yasuo

WTF am I even supposed to say.

No matter how "broken" or "garbage" Yasuo is, he's fucking toxic. Balance in his numbers, passives, etc. are already there, it's how stupid it is to play against Yasuo as a side effect of banning him all the time. Yasuo isn't banned? I'm playing Yasuo. Yasuo is banned? Then I'm not. He's banned so much that I can't get sick of Yasuo in ranked because it's like having scheduled times playing him. That's how he's annoying non-gameplay wise, it's that people sometimes annoy themselves by permabanning him and/or just seeing him anywhere. It kinda sucks too, I remember when Yasuo was never this popular and never had a spike of play rate up to 50%. He wasn't a spammed champion for ignorant newbies to try and "freelo" with Yasuo but end up making the player base worse by it "clearly being the teams fault" because Yasuo is "freelo" and the only thing "stopping them" is their team. The Yasuo back then before the circle jerk was about the same time I first started using the boards. The Yasuo in the past did not compare to Yasuo now in terms of annoyance, because the circle jerk got a hold of him. Now he got nerfed on his E hard enough for him to be WAY less slippery (good) but now his Q is practically a mini nuke early/mid game because you max that instead. Now he makes melee's cry harder due to how he can be flexible in matchups now (maxing E was the thing back then, now he can max E if he fights ranged and max Q if he fights melee).

In terms of gameplay? Yes, he is actually annoying. But back then before the circle jerks he was seen as "kennen" level annoying. Now he's more "annoying" then ever and used as upvote farm to the point where mentioning "yasuo is broken" and putting some half assed argument gets you front page (not referencing this post). His popularity back fired so hard that this shit build "pimp yasuo" that was spread around by Youmuu's (a youtuber) is about getting full build in 30 minutes when in reality you have to play against a garbage can to even succeed with the build. I went Darius against Pimp Yasuo and he WAS good, trust me. He was definitely skilled with Yasuo. But that build prevented him too much and by the time I got Tabi, he did nonexistent damage. It was so small that the entirety of damage dealt to me In that lane was the tower's damage. I then got titanic hydra after BC and Tabi and proceeded to kill Yasuo in less than 7 seconds flat. (the combo to do that is E auto W [titanic hydra active after W to AA reset] then Q then auto one more time and proceed to DUNQ). Yasuo is one of THE champions to be ruined by circle jerks next to Lee Sin.

(Gangplank is claimed to be uninteractive but heimerdinger is even more uninteractive)

(Lee Sin was never talked about until someone started a post about him and ended up starting a circle jerk lasting for more than a year)

(Yasuo spiked in play rate for some reason and started getting posts about him due to his annoyance and ended up being in his worst state of publicity)

TL;DR Yasuo was annoying but he seems way worse thanks to circle jerks and he isn't the only one. But keep in mind the Azir treatment is where X champion is turned into a broken ass generalist and then gutted to the ground while still being slightly a jack of all trades. I mean, they keep Yasuo as himself because of the same reason why Tryndamere is still Tryndamere ( except on a different level ). Yasuo stays like this because he is a perfect execution of a Wind Samurai's image (not in terms of balance) and he's fun to play. Tryndamere is supposed to be binary and a one trick at pushing (both are annoying as fuck). Not to mention that Yasuo is over used as an argument and automatically degrades your argument if any bias is detected.

PS:

Yasuo isn't as modern as Jhin or anything but he is definitely not outdated. Also, stating that you got PLAT V by spamming pre rework shen doesn't make this shitpost good. I call this a shitpost because I see no balance suggestions, just opinions. There is so much more I can say too, like GOLD V is not high elo and neither is PLAT V. Yasuo is not "Yasuo" in high elo and he's "meh" in terms of strength in high elo. He capitalizes on mistakes, that's why he's annoying to you. He'll make you play different and perfect at the same time, other wise you lose lane.
