Did Yorick get buffed?

So after watching SRO and a random other dude play Yorick, i've started playing him way more. Now I got pooped on by a tryndamere, but other than that i have a a 92% win rate (only like 12 or 13 games or so). His damage can be really good but his pressure is just absurd. My concern is that I mained Draven, placed plat 3. Got bored with adc, dropped to low gold QUICK. Now i'm playing yorick and climbing fast again. Ban incoming? lol

In all seriousness, I just want opinions on Yorick.
