Question about ADC builds

Okay this question is kind of stupid but I keep thinking about it why or why not? So, I've been watching LCS and I saw A LOT OF KogMaw and Varus with item 3124 , item 3091 etc. I was basicly thinking about Vayne because of her w and her need of attack speed, also item 3124 's extra double attack passive. But then, I also thought Why every adc wouldn't buy these items? Just asking to understand why they would be good if why they would't. If you guys could simply explain? also the extra ap damage with basics.

And one more question, this is for KogMaw and Varus, this build is their usual build anyway. How about item 3115 for their last item. A good attack speed item + another extra ap damage to their basics when they already had, and they also would have more ap damage with the ap item 3115 has.

I know these are stupid questions but I just trying to understand why these build will or will not work on every adc.

Vayne doesn't need to max out on attack-speed though.

All she has to do is load up on burst and her BALANCED %Max HP true-damage ensures she can cut through whatever else that tries to build Armor to counter her absurd item 3031 item 3087 damage.

Kog and varus have built in on-hit effects, and scale with both AP and AD, so rageblade functions well on them. Other conventional ADCs lack one or both of those.

Vayne has no AP scaling, so the ap half of rageblade is basically worthless and makes for an awkward build path. The double hit effect for her w is nice and all, but it's only when rageblade is stacked, which isn't always going to be the case, so more reliable always on AS (with added crit or AD to boot) tends to be superior.

item 3124 item 3085 item 3091 item 3006 item 3153 is basically sufficient to cap attack speed, and the majority of adcs want a defensive item (or even two) anyway so they can survive longer in order to do more damage, rather than going full glass cannon.

Umm I usually built nashors early because it was more beneficial. Makes w stronger 20%cdr and ult stronger
