So riot believes that sound is not a serious game element right?

I mean jesus fucking christ unless you have your volume at 100% where about your ears are going to blow off,the sound is so fucked up.if something you made is not complete 100% dont release it on the live servers,so frustrating,thats what the pbe is for.
