Is trundle jungle unplayable?
It was fine before the patch but now I can't sustain at all in the jungle. The razor beaks and the golems destroy me. Am I doing something wrong?
Also which keystone should I be taking?

I start blue and run to red I smite it since you can save smite. Then I either head to birds or wolves after which I either gank or b depending on lanes, If I b I buy the item and head to clear the rest of the jg and then gank.

Well, those particular camps got a few extra little dudes, Well that damage adds up.... So it doesn't surprise me you had trouble with them.
You should probably go for Wolves and Gromp, and scuttle before those camps. Then go back to them when you're a little bit stronger and have a bit more sustain.
Honestly, I'm not too sure. This is just why I think you may be having trouble with those camps..
Riot were pretty clear in previews and patch notes that the Raptors are off-limits to Champions without AoE.
So I just...don't do raxorbeaks anymore? Even mid game they're kicking my ass.
I would suggest grabbing a tiamat early to deal with them.
You are fine once you have Tiamat or Bami's Cinder.
Before that point, you do them too slowly to really be worthwhile.
It seems that Riot just did more to reinforce the idea that to jungle you must have early access to AoE of some kind. With about half your jungle clear now off limits to you for the first clear unless you have AoE... or a mid that can 1 spell clear a few of the mini Raptors for you.
EDIT: If you do, then you're at a pretty big disadvantage (on paper in my mind, I could be wrong) if the enemy jungle DOES have AOE. They'll clear their entire jungle, then come clean up what you can't on your side.
Ironically I've found
quite handily for taking them out early.
