Lp Loss

So how about this Riot. If a player on your team is level one at the end of a 20 min game you shouldn't lose lp for that ranked match. your remake strategy doesnt work well if the "troll" buys items, walks around the map for the first 1:30 and then goes afk. Also there is no way, other than being afk, that a player would be at level one at the 20 minute mark. just a thought
