Ivern seems like he's gonna be really good in the pro scene and due to that nerfed hard in casual

Anyone else get that impression? I just feel like he's gonna be good in an organized group and be mediocre/ok in solo queue and like most champs like that he's gonna be nerfed to hell. Then again maybe Riot knows what they're doing I hope so
