Ezreal's E is more than an escape

First of all, sorry for my english.

Ok, we all know that Ezreal's E has this mechanic that blocks CCs, for example blitz grab fails if you are already casting E. It was supposed to block AA and target skills? It makes no sense. Every champ in lol still get the hit if dashing or flashing out of range if the AA or skill started casting before they leave the range. Differently l, ezreal E just interrupt the cast of the skill and the AA.

Why there are universal rules for mechanics in the game, when there are champs that can just ignore them?

My examples are: Ezreal E -> Ignore CCs and interrupt target abilities and AA Tristana W: Ingore CCs while casting Tryndamere R: Can be casted even if CCed or silenced

I don't remember others, but sure thing there are more Add more if you recall some

Trynd R is intentional and has pretty much always been that way since he's kinda supposed to be the Abaddon analogue from DotA(think undying rage but damage heals you and it auto activates through nearly all cc). The others are technically bugs that have been kept as valid gameplay.

Mostly Riot looks at things like Ezreal's E or Trist W, and either they can't fix the issue without a large overhaul of the system (possible) or they leave it in because they've decided it's part of the character's strategy.

"An animal that has flat, oar-like limb is called a fish, they have scales and breathe the water." But there are whales.

Because you are mistaken about how the game functions. The fact that it made no sense and reality of the game was demonstrating that the rules you made were wrong, that was a sign. It shows that the rules were neither universal nor correct. There is also no block mechanic. You're making up a mechanic to force the observation to fit your incorrect ideas. That's why all the champions in this game work as they do, like this.

The reason tristana and ezreal's dashes interrupt displacements and appear to be used through stuns and snares is because they started casting their skill before they got hit by the CC.

Riot says this cast time is supposed to be a weakness, but what's the point of having a cast time on these skills if you can't interrupt it with CC in the first place? Riot pls.

EZ can not juke aas or targeted abilities with his E, he can only do that to blitz cause you cast E right as the hook hits you an you negate the mini stun from allowing you to be pulled, but still get stunned.

Every single champion in the game with a cast (which I'm pretty sure is all of them) can do what you are describing. Casts cannot be interrupted once they are started with two exceptions - the caster dies or the target becomes invalid (such as becoming untargetable or going out of vision). The same is true for auto-attacks once they have reached a certain point in their animations.
