Cooldown Reduction is way too common now
I definitely feel like that if every single item didn't give huge amounts of Cdr and only a handful of them could, the overly powercrept damage meta we live in would be far more bearable. Cooldown was, once upon a time, a really scarce ressource that was present on just a few items aimed for some specific champion classes who in counterpart offered less than the other items who didn't have built in-cdr. Today, we have over 30 items who give 10% + cdr. This is way too much and just helps the game to become less and less balanceable.
