Can elemental Lux get a small increase in % for ARAM?

It is quite difficult to get to the final stage of the transformation in ARAM because every spell only nets you around 1-3%. And you need a collective 200% to get to the final stage. Games only last 15-25 minutes usually. So landing anywhere between 70-200 spells is very hard once everyone starts getting mobility items and can dodge your spells easier, or you snowball super fast and end the game quickly. Recent speed increases to the ARAM game mode have also hindered your chances to get that final stage of her skin. So can we get a slight increase in her % gain per each spell to compensate? I love the skin and I like the different effects wach tier gives you, but not being able to reach the last tier sucks.
