Sterak's Gage Adjustments Required

Sterak's Gage is supposed to protect you from being bursted down from high amounts of AoE in the midst of a teamfight. It should NOT be activating when a Mordekaiser is whacking away at the Nexus and the only one attacking them is a Caitlyn. Sterak's Gage's activation requirements need adjustments, either reducing the amount of time the damage needs to be dealt in, or giving it a higher damage threshold.
