Constantly higher ping than usually (only in LoL)

Hello!

I have a weird connectivity issue recently. My ping is constantly at 78ms or 89ms or any other number for that entire match, but only in LoL. In other games, I have a ping of ~32ms, which is common for my connection.

How did this happen? Any solutions for it?
