Yeap, he's truly trash. 0 mobility, his w is useless if u don't hit q, he can't 1v1 anyone lategame, in teamfights he's kinda useless without a very good position, his e is pure trash (low range and slow), he can't secure kills... etc
animations are too sluggish and as always, base auto range is too short making him garbo.
teemo makes it work due to his speed and kite potential, urgot doesn't have that, and his shield doesn't enable him to just take the beating for the duration.
overall 3/10 rework, he needs help in terms of CD's and general speed ups to make him actually fluid.
Honestly speeding up how firing animation and removing the delay on his dash might help.
His E needs to NOT have the delay in the dash and needs to go a bit farther (maybe 25-50 unites)
His W needs to NOT stop when he Es
His Q needs to NOT have a delay
His Ult needs to Kill any target who goes -0 hps EVEN if Urgot gets killed before the execute.
He is fixed to be in the 50% range now.
dont forget that hitting his Q is not a matter of skill but of the enemy not dodging it
My only complaint is how his W has this weird delay where it does nothing for like 0.5 extra second after he uses his E. That needs to be removed since it just feels clunky. Also, maybe increase his passive's damage by a tiny bit. Otherwise, he feels fine to me.
