Ludens Electrocute Interaction

Back in the day of thunderlords I used to play bard and buy al udens echo and one auto empowered with a meep would prok thunderlords. Sadly when I tested it today the interaction didn't hold through to electrocute. Does anyone know if this is intentional or if riot purposefully made ludens not add to the electrocute prok? I just want my meme build on bard back man.
