Custom ARAM champion pool

Because it seems that just having the entire champion pool used is never going to happen, why not allow players to select like 50 champions to be used for ARAM games. You could need a minimum of say 25 champions owned, and the rest can be fotw. However once you own 50 or more, you only pull from your custom pool.

Or, everyone pulls from fotw, but each has their own customized pool of 50 champions, which would add 20 randomly selected champions from that pool, to the potential 50 for ARAM selection (if there is overlap with the 30 fotw champions, then you get lucky that week I guess).

Before you go and say that would mean that everyone just picks the best 50 champions for ARAM to put in their pool, let me remind you that is 100% exactly what ARAM accounts do already. This just makes it somewhat more fair to the rest of us who have more than just a handful of prime ARAM champions to play with. Those with most or every champion unlocked, for example.
