Charge-up Cast Indicators

Hi. Just thought I'd post this feedback on here.

Would it be possible to color code cast indicators on charge-up abilities? For instance, Vi, Varus, and Xerath have abilities that vary in power. Perhaps we could implement a color hue based on intensity, the same way that Tristana's bomb changes color based on intensity.

Also, would be pretty useful for champs like Nunu and Galio, as their ultimates scale up over the duration of the charge up.
