Honestly you don't.
Call your jungler.
blind is a broken mechanic and just as outdated as the now removed vlad spell vamp.

Indeed I am salty, but I feel like in a matchup where 60% of my damage is blocked by one ability with a relatively low cooldown. I want to be able to win my lane, but when it comes to teemo I have a 0% chance without the jungler helping me.
Teemo is broken. Not op by any means, just broken. Depending on the matchup it could be the easiest or most boring (becasue you cant do anything but sit under tower waiting for the jungler to help, if they ever do), feels like an unhealty champion to be in league.

teemos blind has a cool down...
rivens biggest issue vs teemo is she has no sustain in lane... her hp5 is crap and GOOD because its not like she gets a shield that scales with damage ...
so you beat teemo by burst...
you make him blow his blind on you.... as soon as it wears off.. you go ham cuz its on cooldown and you chunck him... back off... and do it again the next time he blinds you...
taking ignite or exhaust is ideal.... dont take TP .... you can start with a rune page of flat ad reds, hp per lvl yellows. mr per lvl blues(or cdr blues) and if you take cdr blues take mr quints... and if you take MR blues... take cd quints or ad quints.... run 12-18-0 taking tunderlords and intellegence for free 5% cdr and to increase your cdr cap to 45% .... with cdr runes and free 5% you should have 14% cdr at lvl 1 to 11 sec cool down when his 8 second cd... so you have to time it just right... and make him waste it...
