Haste

After hearing about Haste I installed it and after seeing that my ping stayed the same I was disappointed and Killed the program after doing so my game lost connection and I restarted league joined back and my ping went up by 20 when it was 50 it was hover between 70 and 90 I uninstalled the program after realizing this and thought that would be the end of it but after uninstalling it nothing changed my ping stays around 70 to 90 every day I wanted to know if there was a way to fix this I've already submitted a ticket to the haste support but just wanted to know if this was a normal Problem and if it helps to know I'm on the west coast.
