Why cant i play solo queue and why is flex queue like this?

I've been playing flex for about 13 games now and its really annoying to play with all these different people because it disrupts the fact of your skill and others skill, if you're unlucky you'll be matched aganist a better player then you but if you r matched up against someone whos worse u win but ur team is probably the same in their lanes so why implement the fact that everyone is at a different rating it doesnt make sense. I hate this new queue as i have to wait a whole week just to get back into my solo queue games with the right ratings and the right teams. Any possible solution guys?
