Lucian's Needs a Stattik Shiv

Hey So I have been playing a lot of Lucian recently and I'm really enjoying his play style and kit. I have noticed that Stattik Shiv is an amazing option for him as a second or third buy. I see many other Lucian players buy Stattik Shiv. I was wondering if anyone could help me promote this item to Lucians recommended items mainly to help newer Lucian players experience a viable and strong option while building Lucian. Its also annoying to have to search for the item in the shop and takes up more time than I like to expend. I like to build Lucian many different ways according to our team comp and the enemy's, so I would prefer not to make a ton of builds.
