Nerf minion block

There are so many bugs revolving around teamate minions, especially caster minions.

Allied minions will quite literally move "out of the way" when in reality they move in the way of your champion so when your champion moves left they move right and you can't pass and you're stuck on a minion for more than 2 seconds because as you try to move forward instead of left they are still moving right and YOU ARE STILL STUCK on the minion.

I hate when I win a game off of creep block, because it's more rng and unpredictable than crit chance and I think allied minions should either move out of the way or you should be ghosted through allied minions whereas enemy minions can creep block. This would make much more sense

EVEN IF CREEP BLOCK ISN'T REMOVED PLEASE CHANGE THE CHAMPION PATHING AND MINION PATHING! As of late it's gotten worse and worse.
